Make sure power is disconnected prior to installation and prior to maintenance. Warranty is void if temper seal is broken. Any  unauthorized repairs Will void warranty and could cause serious injury.

Warranty

This warranty can be upgraded to a 10 year or 20 year warranty within 6 months of purchase at additional cost.

Shipping Policy

Bieber Lighting LLC (herein after referred to as BLLC) 5 year commercial industrial 24/7 hour use warranty for all Mahina Series.

MAHINA IV  is not to be used with any dimming devices. Five (5) year warranty, when used in open luminaries (fixtures), This limited warranty does not apply to loss or damage to the Product caused by: negligence; abuse; misuse; mishandling; improper installation, storage or maintenance; damage due to fire or acts of God; vandalism; civil disturbances; power surges; improper power supply; electrical current fluctuations; corrosive environment installations; induced vibration; harmonic oscillation or resonance associated with movement of air currents around the Product; alteration; accident; failure to follow installation, operating, maintenance or environmental instructions prescribed by BLLC or applicable electrical codes; or improper service of the Product performed by someone other than BLLC or its authorized service provider. This limited warranty excludes field labor and service charges related to the repair or replacement of the Product. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT USED FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS DESIGNED. reserves the right to utilize new, reconditioned, refurbished, repaired or re-manufactured products or parts in the warranty repair or replacement process. Such products and parts will be comparable in function and performance to an original product or part, as determined by BLLC in its sole discretion, and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. In order to make a warranty claim, you must notify BLLC in writing within sixty (60) days after your discovery of the defect, if this bulb does not last for the time period guaranteed Bieber Lighting LLC will repair or send you a replacement upon receipt of the returned item. Receipt and proof of purchase required. Send an email info@bieber.lighting to find out how to return the item. This repair or replacement is the sole remedy available
IN NO EVENT SHALL BLLC BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES. BLLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL IN ANY EVENT BE LIMITED TO THE MONIES PAID TO BLLC FOR THAT DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Shipping Costs & Importation Fees

We calculate and display a guaranteed order total including all transportation costs and importation fees (Any applicable duty and tax enforced by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country) on your quotation. Both the shipping cost and importation fees vary by country. These charges are non-refundable - international shipping charges and any fees such as Duty, tax, or VAT will not be refunded in the event of a return

Return Policy

BLLC has a 16-day satisfaction guarantee on most products. All custom ordered, closeouts (clearance) items are excluded. Please be sure to read the information on each closeout item to see the applicable policy. All returns must be in original packaging and have its original seal un broken. Used items will only be accepted if defective, and a return authorization(RMA) is required. Please call Customer Service at 855-321-5337 for your return authorization. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment if return is made within 16 days, otherwise store credit will be issued for the lower of the current selling price or your purchase price. Your return/refund will be processed within 7-14 business days
If we made a shipping error, please call to expedite the correction.

Returns Within 16 Days

Within the first 16 days, please follow these procedures to ensure a prompt refund, or credit:

  • Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail or other carrier (BLLC will refund actual shipping costs for ground or USPS shipping on damaged merchandise or mis-shipment - we will not refund for expedited shipping charges). Please do not send product back in its own box as the shipping box (like light bulb boxes) - it ruins the product packaging.
  • Complete the returns form on the back of your packing slip. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a full sheet of paper stating purchaser's name, address and date of purchase.
  • If product is defective, please indicate how it is defective* you need to contact Customer Service for an RMA for defective merchandise.

  • Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or refund.
  • If an item has a defect which does not appear within the first 16 days, please contact Customer Service at 855-321-5337 (10am-8pm PDT M-F) for a return authorization. We do reserve the right to turn down a return if the item appears damaged due to misuse.
  • Original purchaser's name and billing address, or order number if you have it.
  • Your name, address, phone and email so we know where to ship the replacement product or to send information about your store credit.
  • Follow the above instructions for sending your product back to us so we can expedite the handling of your return.

 

Damaged Shipments

BLLC makes every effort to package our orders securely to avoid any damage in transit; however, packages occasionally do arrive damaged at your door. If this occurs and you are present at the time of delivery, please ask the driver to wait while you inspect the products inside for damage. If no damage, then you just got a squished box! If there is damage, you can refuse it and have the package returned to us. In this situation, please contact us to make us aware that the package is coming back to us. If you are not present at the time of delivery, please take a photo of the box prior to opening it, then contact Customer Service by email ( info@bieber.lighting )phone at 855-321-5337 (10am-8pm PDT M-F) if you find there is any damage to the items inside. We will work quickly to get a replacement to you and to contact the carrier regarding the damage.

Incorrect Shipments

BLLC has many procedures in place to ensure that you get what you ordered correctly every time. Very rarely, something slips through and you may be short an item or gotten a bonus item that you didn't order. Please contact Customer Service by email ( info@bieber.lighting ) or phone at 855-321-5337 (10am-8pm PDT M-F) if this occurs and we will work quickly to correct the error. If the latter occurs, we appreciate honesty rather than thinking you just won the lottery. It helps us keep our costs low so that we can continue to offer you great prices on everything triathlon!

Policy Exclusions/Exceptions

Restocking Fees: Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee on all items.
Opened Products: Please note that returns will be accepted on unopened products only. If it has been opened, it can only be exchanged if the item is defective and only for another of the same product.

Returns on International Orders and Overseas Shipping to the USA
Any shipping, duty, tax, or importation fee or charge associated with an international return is solely the responsibility of the purchaser. BLLC will not cover any charge associated with shipping any item(s) back to the United States and reserves the right to refuse returns in the event that any duty, tax, or importation fee is requested upon delivery back to our facilities. If all shipping, duty, tax, and importation fees have been covered by the purchaser and a return is received from outside the United States, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment for the merchandise only. There is a 15% restocking fee on returned unopened, unused merchandise. Any shipping, duty, tax, or importation fees that were paid upfront on the original transactions are non-refundable.
